Breathe Easy

This workshop will delve into holistic stress management techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and a lot more. The goal is to empower participants with practical tools and techniques they can employ to manage stress in a healthy and sustainable way. Afshaan was approached by L'Oréal Pakistan to conduct the Breathe Easy workshop with their staff

Reclaim Your Power

Women are often conditioned to prioritise others’ needs over their own, leading to feelings of guilt and people-pleasing behaviour. Society reinforces the belief that a woman’s worth is tied to how much she can do for others, making it challenging to assert themselves, negotiate for what they want, or simply say no to requests. This workshop aims to empower women with practical strategies to recognise and break this cycle, develop confidence in setting boundaries and prioritising their needs.

I attended Afshaan Jafri’s ‘Reclaim Your Power’ workshop. It was definitely the highlight of my week. Made me feel much calmer and relaxed. I felt recharged and happy - almost joyful, by the end of the session. It was a lovely, lovely experience. Afshaan is a gift and I’m looking forward to attending more of these sessions. The space was beautiful, Yoga Lift is amazing, and it was really very needed.
